Child Classes

We offer two classes for kiddos between the ages of 6 months-3yrs old:

Little Fry: 6mo - 1yr

Big Fry: 1 - 3yo

A Fry is a baby fish!

• This is a parent/child swim class which means a parent will be in the water with their child 
• Your child will learn a series of floats and become acclimated with water 
• Songs and water games in the class 
• Water safety techniques will be implemented into each class 

Length: 30 minute classes

Price: $90 for 6-week course

We offer three different beginner classes for kiddos of all ages:

Seahorses: 3+ Beginner

Seahorses are small with tough armor and are one of the slower species in the ocean.

• Child only class
• Learn a series of floats, arm circles, and kicks 
• Get familiar with water and learn to comfortably put your face in
• Intro into learning how to hold your breath 
• Water safety techniques will be implemented into each class

Length: 30 minute classes

Price: $100 for 6-week course

Jellyfish: 5+ Beginner

Jellyfish can glow in the dark and are found all over the oceans, tropical or arctic. Some are even immortal.

• Child only class 
• Learn a series of floats, arm circles, and kicks 
• Get familiar with water and learn to comfortably put your face in 
• Intro into learning how to hold your breath 
• Water safety techniques will be implemented into each class

Price: $100 for 6 week course

Big Jellyfish 7+ Beginner

• Child only class 
• Older kids who may have not had the opportunity to learn how to swim when they were younger 
• They will learn a series of floats, arm circles, and kicks 
• Get familiar with water and learn to comfortably put their face in 
• Intro into learning how to hold their breath 
• Water safety techniques will be implemented into each class

Length: 30 minute classes

Price: $100 for 6-week course

Koi Fish: 3+ Intermediate (Test required)

Koi Fish array in color and grow depending on their environment. They will eat a wide variety of food and will swim up to people who feed them.

• Child only class 
• Learn survival strokes, intro into treading, master unassisted floating, and swim the width of the pool unassisted 
• Learn to swim with face in the water, intro to breathing patterns, and mastering arm circles and kicks 
• Water safety techniques will be implemented into each class 

Swim test:

-  Swim unassisted for 20+ feet

-  Float on back for 10 seconds

-  Jump in shallow end

-  Fully submerge body underwater

Price: $100 for 6-week course

Stingray’s: Intermediate-Advanced 5+ (Test required)

Stingray’s are related to the shark family. They tend to be alone rather than in a group. They are unique as they have no bones in their body.

• Child only class
• Learn to build endurance and perfect your stroke
• Learn survival strokes and intro into competitive strokes (Back, Breast, and Butterfly) 
• Advance breathing patterns
• Intro into equipment use
• Water safety techniques will be implemented into each class

Swim test:

-  Swim length of pool with breaks

-  Tread water for 30 seconds

-  Float on back 10+ seconds

-  Use a kick board unassisted for the length of the pool

Length: 45 minute classes

Price: $135 for 6-week course

Swordfish: Advanced 6+ (Test required)

Swordfish can swim up to 60mph. They grow very fast and can reach an average of 1,165lbs. They only live about 9 years and are considered a delicacy to eat.

• Child only class
• Learn to swim 4+ strokes
• Intro into competitive swimming styles, build endurance, master strokes, and learn starts and flip turns
• Water safety techniques will be implemented into each class

Swim test:

-  Swim length of the pool

-  Tread water for 1 min (30+ seconds)

-  Properly use a kick board

-  Retrieve dive toy from deep end/deep-shallow end

Length: 45 minute classes

Price: $135 for 6-week course

Sharks: Expert/Stroke technique 8+ (Test required)

Sharks have spectacular eyesight and can even see color. They have small black spots near the nose, eyes, and mouth that allow them to sense electromagnetic fields and temperature changes in the ocean.

• Child only class
• Build endurance and master all strokes
• Improve speeds and techniques
• Competitive swimming style

Swim test:

-  Swim 2 lengths of the pool without stopping

-  Tread 2 minutes

-  Knows 3+ strokes

-  Retrieve dive toy from deep end of pool

Length: 1 hour
