Adult Learn to Swim
Learn a series of floats, how to properly use your arms and legs in the water, comfortably put your face in, and intro into holding your breath. Build confidence with peers of your ability.
Length: 30 minute classes
Price: $100 for 6-week course
Adult Lap Swim
Get a personalized swim plan, swim alongside of others with the same ability to build confidence and learn a series of new stroke techniques.
Length: 45 minute classes
Price: $135 for 6-week course
Water Benders
A gentle stretch class that is low impact and slower paced. This class is great for recovery, therapeutic, and gentle strength building.
Length: 45 min to 1 hour classes.
Price: $5 each class, punch cards available

Wave Makers
Water aerobics class that is mainly done in the shallow end. Help strengthen and tone with low impact on the joints.
