Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9-10am! 

A low intensity all around great workout that concentrates on improving balance, flexibility and range of motion.

$5 per class or grab a punch card for $45 (10 classes for the price of 9!) 

Every Monday, Tuesday,  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 10-11am!

A medium-high intensity all around workout that helps strengthen and tone with low impacts on the joints.
